Contents of Brain-Death Notification

Name of the medical institution and the notifier

Name, resident registration number, and address of the presumed brain-dead patient

Patient's current condition and cause of brain injury

Patients unable to breathe independently or maintain spontaneous respiration

Those with a Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score of 4 or below
